AI Assistant vs. Chat AI

In this article, we will discuss its smaller yet equally helpful sibling: AI Assistant.
What is it useful for?
AI Assistant is our AI-powered tool designed to (almost) instantly enhance text within a text content block. No other type of block can utilize AI Assistant, as this feature functions exclusively with text content.
Once you activate one of its four main actions (improve, rephrase, make longer, or make shorter), described in detail below, the AI tool reads the content in the text block, extracts keywords, and comprehends its meaning. Depending on the chosen action, it will then rewrite the entire text to fulfill your tasks.
Where to find it?
Rather than residing in a designated sidebar outside the template, the AI Assistant is integrated directly into every text content block.
When you hover over a text block in your template, you can see all the available options, including the AI Assistant, which is represented by the ✨️ icon.
To illustrate the text changes introduced by the AI Assistant, the text in the image above will always serve as the starting point.
What can it do exactly?
It is the leftmost of the three options in the bottom-left section. If you hover over the ✨️ icon of AI Assistant, a list of four actions will appear next to it. Once you click on any of them, the AI starts working, and while it processes your text, you cannot edit it anymore. This whole process takes just a few seconds, depending on the amount of text. Available actions are:
Improve
Preserves the original meaning of your text while presenting it in a more professional and business-like manner. As it often enhances the text by incorporating professional phrases and eloquent language, the overall length tends to increase.
Rephrase
Preserves the original meaning and structure of your text while enhancing its readability and clarity. It is most effective when you are satisfied with the result and wish to make minimal changes to your text, primarily just correcting grammar or stylistic errors.
Make longer
The outcome is similar to the "Improve" action, but it intentionally lengthens the text with even more professional phrases and eloquent language. This approach is useful when you want to fill a certain space in your email with text.
Make shorter
Effective in situations where email space is restricted. This approach reduces the word count of your text while preserving its meaning and structure. It yields the best results when your original text is lengthy. However, its effectiveness diminishes when your initial text is already quite brief.
If you're not satisfied with the result, just click the option again and allow the AI to generate an alternative version until you're pleased with the outcome.
