How to Integrate Mailgun?

Mailgun is a reliable email service provider, and integrating it into Topol.io can enhance your email delivery capabilities. Follow these steps for a seamless integration:

  1. Login or Register:

Go to Mailgun's website and either log in to your existing account or sign up for a new one. Activate your account and add/verify your domain. If you don't have a production domain, you can use a test domain available in Sending -> Domains, such as "sandbox12345.mailgun.org."

  2. Access API Security:

In the top right corner, click on your profile picture/name, and select "API Security" from the dropdown menu.

  3. Create API Key:

In the Mailgun API keys section, click on "Create API key" to generate a new API key. Copy the API key as you'll need it for the integration.

  4. Activate Integration in Topol.io:

In Topol.io, enable the integration feature. Provide a custom integration name, and input the Mailgun API key you generated. Additionally, enter the domain and region of your Mailgun domain.

  5. Important Note:

If you are using a test domain, ensure that it is verified and active in your Mailgun account. This is crucial for successful email delivery.

  6. Complete Integration:

Confirm the integration settings, and you're all set! Your Topol.io is now connected to Mailgun, and you can start leveraging its email delivery capabilities.

  7. Template Limit:

Note that on one domain, you can store a maximum of 100 templates. Be mindful of this limitation while creating and managing your email templates.

By following these steps, you've successfully integrated Mailgun into Topol.io, optimizing your email delivery process. Remember to verify and activate your domain, especially if you are using a test domain for testing purposes.
