Text

To add text to the template, drag and drop the Text block from the left menu into the template area where you want the text to appear.

If your template already has some structures, you can click the blue Plus symbol in the center of each structure. A modal window containing basic content blocks will appear. In this case, click the Text icon to fill the structure with text.

A predefined text will appear in your template. Click on it to open the editor toolbar, which offers various options for modifying the text. Additional editing options will appear in the left panel.

Images

To add an image to your template, use the Image block. You can either drag and drop it from the left menu or click the Plus symbol within a structure in your template and select the Image icon in the displayed modal window.

The structure in your template is now ready to accept an image.

Drag and drop your image into the Image structure area or click it to open the File Manager window. This feature hides many advanced options, which we will go through next.

File Manager

The File Manager serves as a central hub for your favorite images, allowing you to select, store, and organize the images you frequently use in your templates. Images stored in the File Manager remain accessible and ready for use in all your templates, so you don't have to search for them every time you want to use them in a template. To store images in File Manager, click the Add file button and select images from your system. Once these images are loaded into File Manager storage, you can just click on the one you want to insert into the template.

If you were unable to find a suitable image on your computer, we highly encourage you to search for images on Pexels by clicking the Pexels image button. You will have the ability to browse through hundreds of images relevant to your topic and save them to your File Manager for immediate or future use.

The file manager also allows you to create folders, enabling you to organize images by theme and maintain a personalized gallery for any template theme. Simply click the New Folder button, enter the folder, and add files there.

Image Editor

As a final option, you can also create your own image directly in our editor. To use this feature, click on the Create New button in the File Manager. You will be taken to a page where you first select the dimensions of your canvas (dimensions for multiple social platforms are already pre-defined). Upon confirmation, a canvas with set dimensions will appear, along with a row of options to its left. These options are:

  • Size: allows you to adjust the size, orientation, or aspect ratio of your canvas or selected element more precisely.

  • Text: allows you to insert text into your canvas—either plain or enhanced with various effects. Once added, click on the text to display an interactive toolbar for quick modifications (size, font type, position, etc.). For more advanced text editing options, click on the three vertical dots on the far right of the text editor.

  • Elements: Our image editor offers a wide selection of basic shapes, lines, and icons ready for use. Add any element to the canvas by simply clicking on it. Once there, select the shape to reveal the interactive toolbar. For more advanced modifications, click on the three horizontal dots on its far right.

  • Pictures: If you find an image on Pexels that you like but want to fine-tune its properties, feel free to click on one of the displayed images to add it to your canvas. Then, select the image and click on the three horizontal dots in the interactive toolbar that appears. This will open the Image Properties tab with advanced options for professional image adjustments.

  • Upload: If you wish to modify one of your personal images, this option allows you to import it into our image editor for further adjustments.

Once your final image is ready, save it using the Save button and add it to your canvas. It's that simple!

You can use our integrated image editor to edit any image in your template anytime. Simply click on the image you want to edit and then click the Edit button at the top of the Image Properties tab in the left section. Below, you can link the image to any web page (this will redirect the user to the set page after clicking on it), add its title, and provide alternative text for screen readers.

Button

Simply incorporate the Button block into your layout. Buttons are frequently used as a "Call to Action" to prompt your customers to take action.

By clicking the button, you can customize a variety of features including alignment, style, margin, padding, and more. However, the most essential option that each button should have is the link property, which redirects users to the specified website after the button is clicked.
